I've been a Mystic in hiding for much of my life.
Success in math and science propelled me towards Business and Financial work. I spent my energy trying to understand Corporate Culture. I moved from creative jobs to career jobs with benefits. The more I zigzagged, the more raw my skin felt.

Afraid I was too different, more sensitive to knowing things, the environment affected me.
Appreciating my forgotten gifts, finding coaches and teachers, insights and reclaiming myself began. Patterns were disrupted, and now I enjoy clarity, confidence, energy and freedom.
Engaging in rich and rewarding relationships, I’m living beyond my dreams. Today, I support my clients enjoying deep awareness and reconnecting with themselves, reclaiming their gifts and thriving in all ways.

Roots
20 years as a Meditation Trainer, creating and sharing programs across a wide range of settings, from retreat centers to community programs to more intimate circles.
These days I work most happily with small groups and one-on-one where everyone in the room can truly be seen
